This handy little bag is packed with all the ingredients that are in my Basic Recipe! It comes in a brew bag so all you have to do is simmer it according to the directions- and sweeten with your favorite sweetener! Organic ingredients: Elderberries, ginger, cinnamon, cloves and bay leaves! 

*Add an orange or lemon- squeeze the juice and simmer the rind for extra added benefits!

*Sweeten with 1 cup raw honey once the syrup cools to 160* for those added benefits too!
